zu den Ticketszu dem KalenderIn a self-help center for family planning, female teenagers and women of all ages and from different sections of society are looking for help; many of them are batting with difficult decisions. The focus is on contraception, virginity, abortion and the taboo of sexuality within families. Working from a script based on recording of real-life consultations, Claire Simon directs well-known actresses (Anne Alvaro, Nathalie Baye, Isabelle Carré, Béatrice Dalle, Nicole Garcia, Marceline Loridan-Ivens) as social workers. Their clients are played by non-professional actors. A film about how knowledge about sexual freedom and reproductive rights is passed from one generation of women to the next. (bik)
